Awareness Of The Strategic Planning Retirement Age And Its Relationship To Realize The Problems Of The Elderly

The study was to study the relationship between awareness of the strategic planning of retirement age in its dimensions (health-economic-psychological-leisure time investment) and awareness of the problems of the elderly in their dimensions (health-economic-social relations, leisure time) retirement. The most important results of the study were a positive correlation between the level of education and the awareness of the strategic planning of retirement age from the health side at the level of significance of 0.05. There is an inverse correlation between the income level and the total cognition of the problems of the elderly and its dimensions (health - leisure investment) significance 0.01, and 0.01, and 0.05 respectively. There is a positive correlation between awareness of the strategic planning of retirement age from the economic side and the total cognition of elderly problems at the level of significance of 0.001. The researcher recommends the need to work to encourage the use of older people in different specialties and consult them in various areas of life. Give the elderly opportunities to work in any area where they can perform. The importance of setting up day clubs for the elderly and preparing recreational programs for them and coordinating with the Ministry of Culture and Information to establish a radio or programs for this age group. The institutions and clubs of the elderly should pay attention to the programs and projects that help the elderly to know how to fill their free time in a useful way and help them to form new relationships and friendships instead of what they lost due to retirement or the death of a wife or friends.
