Abstract

The garment industry is considered one of the basic industries that have developed rapidly, where the use of various scientific, artistic and modern technological methods. Clothing is one of the applied arts that are affected by all that is new in modern technologies and is increasing their prosperity, and blended fabrics have become a lot of circulation in outer clothing and are used by different groups From ages, fabrics mixed with lycra material, which are used in the manufacture of clothes that touch the body and are compatible with body measurements , differ in the degree of elasticity and restore the original shape and are among the best materials as they are characterized by natural and mechanical properties that achieve comfort when wearing, with the increasing expansion of the garment industry and the increase in the volume and diversity of production Some problems appeared in the dressing and appearance of some women's knitwear, as a result of the different methods of building models with the calculation of the different rubber ratios in these materials, the most important of which is the single jersey and the lightweight colored from which the clothes are knitted on the body, and based on the attic there were attempts at This research to find some scientific solutions to help those in charge of building models in controlling models through Calculating the percentages of Lycra mixes in the used material and making some experiments and extracting the best model for each mixture through dressing and fine tuning. Ladies, choosing the best rubber proportions to achieve comfortable wear, obtaining sports ties that determine the proportions of cuts from lines and curves when building models for stretchy fabrics.
This research is concerned with the technical applications of pattern design for women and its relationship with elastic fabrics. Different types of knitted materials have been selected. Single lycra and milton are analyzed in laboratories specialized in obtaining data for these fabrics in terms of weight, weaving composition, lycra ratio and tensile strength. In modifying the models, and accordingly, the experiment was carried out on 2 models, one of them was for the singles with a ratio of 4% lycra and the weight of 170 grams, and the other for the milton with a percentage of lycra 2% and the weight of 220 grams to ensure the correctness of the coating and its appearance. Later in the field of women's clothing (knitwear), was implemented and prepared, and they were presented to the refereed professors in the field of clothing and textiles in the faculties of home economics, specific education and ready-made garments factories, and the results were statistically treated as shown by the results of the study, Followed by some recommendations that indicate that the researchers hope to continue experimenting in studying a scientific standard method to build the basic model by analyzing the samples accordingly. Satisfy the nature of the material used .
