The Effectiveness of an Indicative Program for Time Management Strategies on Developing the Performance of Manager of Residential Institutes and Sustainable Development

The research aimed to investigate the effect of time management strategies on developing the performance of manager and achieving sustainable development, To achieve the goal of research, the literature and previous studies on the study variables were extrapolated, A questionnaire was prepared that including (47) items in the dimensions of: effective management and time management strategies, effective management and confronting time wasters, effective management and development of residential institutions, effective management and achieving sustainable development goals .The validity and reliability of the questionnaire was measured,  The suggested program based on strategies was prepared in the light of time management to develop the skills of Manager of residential institutes and sustainable development.
The research depends on experimental approach (pre-post) applying, The sample of this study was selected randomly, The sample includes two groups, experimental and control groups, The sample consisted of (25) from Manager of residential institutions in the region gizan The instruments of this research were applied, which the experimental group and the control group are exposed to the application of the research questionnaire, followed by applying the proposed program to the experimental group, Then apply the questionnaire, The main results of the research showed the effect of time management strategies on developing the performance of manager and achieving sustainable development.
