Abstract

Reincarnation Emotional Skill is one of the skills necessary for teachers to be able to reach children with learning disabilities
    Understanding their position and feelings, adopting them, defending them and meeting their needs through positive education
    Which achieves the psychological security of the teacher and the acceptance of the child.
    Therefore, this research aimed to study the relationship between the awareness of workers educational institutions on managing the skill of empathy with its axes
    (The cognitive component- Emotional component- Behavioral component)  and social support in its dimensions
Support the family–Support friends- Teacher support)
    For children with learning difficulties, and to verify this goal, several tools have been used from the researcher's numbers:

    The research sample included children with learning difficulties in the elementary schools of the Educational Administration of ALShohadaa in Menoufia Governorate, as well as workers in those schools. An intentional sample of 111 teachers as well as 176 children with learning difficulties from 10 different schools were conducted, and the results of the search resulted in a positive correlation Statistically between the management of workers for empathy and overall social support for children with learning difficulties, where the value of correlation coefficient (203, 0 *), which is a function at the level of significance 05, 0, meaning that the better the teachers ’management of the skill of empathy, the more children will realize the support Better familiarity, as there is no statistically significant correlation between the cognitive component of the awareness of workers in the management of empathy and the emotional component of the awareness of workers in the management of empathy and the behavioral component of the awareness of workers in the management of empathy and the total social support of children with learning difficulties where the value of R (159, - 076, -116, (respectively), there are statistically significant differences in the behavioral component of the awareness of workers in the management of reincarnation skill and the functional degree where the value of P (2.160) is a function at the level of significance 0.05, there are no statistically significant differences in the perception of children with learning difficulties to touch The social appeal of its dimensions according to the monthly household income, where the value of R (0,885 -0,832 -1,117 -0,587), respectively, was not statistically significant differences in the total social support for the child with learning difficulties, the total social support for the child with learning difficulties, and the support of the child's friends People with learning difficulties and family support for the child with learning difficulties according to gender, where the value of T (318,0 -1,160 -231,0 -0,03473) respectively
