Employee Awareness in hospitals about management tools and kitchen appliances, and their relationship of work pressure

The kitchen is one of the most important facilities in the institution and it is considered the invisible interface, which must take all care and care as it is necessary for those in charge of preparing, preparing and serving food to have basic information about the different types of tools, equipment, and kitchen appliances and how to use and care for them.
         The stress of work have received a great deal of attention in recent decades to the growing conviction that these stress  affect the health and productivity of the worker and the integrity of organizational behavior in all its aspects related to the performance of the human resources of the organization.
         Therefore, this research aimed to study the extent of awareness of workers in the management of hospital kitchens equipment and devices and their relationship to their work stress. To verify the goal, several tools were used by the researchers, namely:
-Public data form for hospital workers and a questionnaire on awareness of the management of hospital kitchens equipment and appliances
-A questionnaire to measure the work pressure of hospital employees. The research sample included all employees of government hospitals in Gharbia Governorate, some hospital workers in Dakahlia Governorate, and workers at the EL Araby hospital, Ashmoun, Menoufia governorate.
         The research was conducted on an intentional purpose sample of (106) workers, and it is required that he work in a hospital kitchen. The results of the research revealed a statistically significant correlation between the awareness of workers in the management of hospital kitchens devices and devices with their axes.
         Awareness of tools management - awareness of devices management.
         The total work pressure where the value of the correlation coefficient reached(394, **, 447, **, 300,),  respectively, which is the value of a statistical function of the level of significance 0,01, that is, the greater the awareness of workers in the management of kitchen appliances and appliances, the better and more satisfied with work and that there A statistically significant correlation between the awareness of workers in the management of hospital kitchens devices and devices with its axes (awareness of the management of tools - awareness of the management of devices) and time and effort pressure as the value of the correlation coefficient (0,326**) is a statistically significant value at the level of significance 0,01.
         And the absence of a statistically significant correlation between the number of years of experience and the awareness of workers in the management of hospital kitchen tools and devices at their axes (awareness of workers in the management of hospital kitchen tools - awareness of workers in the management of hospital kitchen appliances) and their work pressure in their dimensions (job dissatisfaction - waste of time and effort - incentives and penalties) where The value of(,152,,117-,139-) and (.88,19-,108-,169-),  respectively.
         And the absence of statistically significant differences in the awareness of workers in the management of hospital kitchen tools and devices in its hubs (awareness of workers in the management of hospital kitchen tools - awareness of workers in the management of hospital kitchens) and their work stress in their dimensions (job dissatisfaction - time and effort squandering - incentives and penalties) according to age groups where The value of P 0,206, 146,330,756 ,315,416,656.
