The main objective of this research is developing the attitude towards management of small enterprises and their relationship with the management of resources through suggested program among students of home economics. The instruments of this research include the, a questionnaire of attitude towards management of small projects, include (25) items, and the questionnaire of attitude towards human resources management, include (19) items the research depends on experimental approaches.
A program was implemented that includes (10) sessions on the management of small projects and resource management. The sample of this research include (180) students. It includes two groups, the experimental group (90) students, and the controlling group (90) students. The main results showed there are statistically significant difference at the level (0.01) between the average scores of the experimental and control group students in the post-application of the trend questionnaire Towards the management of small projects for the experimental group, there is a statistically significant difference at the level (0.01) between the average scores of the experimental and control group students in the post-application of the questionnaire f attitude towards management of small projects , and questionnaire of attitude towards human resources management. Where the square reached ETA 0,87, which indicates the level of significant impact in the management of small projects, while it reached where the square ETA 0,88, which indicates the level of significant impact in the management of resources,. Also there isa positive correlation between the attitude of female students towards the management of small projects and the management of their resources. The main recommendation is developing a Awareness of the students through the training workshops about the small projects, and resource management.
