The reality of Electronic management in kindergartens institutions and its relationship with parents' satisfaction And the Management creativity of its employees

Abstract

The objective of this study is studying the correlation between the reality of Electronic management in kindergartens institutions with parents' satisfaction And the Management creativity of its employees, studying the differences in both the Electronic management in kindergartens institutions , parents' satisfaction And the Management creativity of its employees according to: the type and the place of kindergarten, the differences in both the Electronic management in kindergartens institutions And the Management creativity of its employees according to:( the Profession, the educational qualification and the professional experience). And Studying correlation between parents' satisfaction with the reality of electronic management in kindergartens institutions and some variables of study (father education, mother education, father's age, mother's age monthly income).
The study tools included: the general data form, questionnaire of the Electronic management, parents' satisfaction with the reality of electronic management in kindergartens institutions questionnaire and Management creativity questionnaire. The research was applied on a sample of (245) kindergarten employees and (384) parents of children in these kindergartens in Menoufia governorate. which selected in Coincidence purpose way. The research followed the analytical descriptive method.
The most important result: There was a statistically significant correlational relationship at 0.01, 0.05 between the reality of Electronic management in kindergartens institutions with parents' satisfaction And the Management creativity of its employees. There was a statistically significant effect at 0.001 of the reality of Electronic management in kindergartens institutions of parents' satisfaction And the Management creativity. There was not a statistically significant difference in both the reality of Electronic management in kindergartens institutions of parents' satisfaction according to the type of kindergarten, While There was a statistically significant difference at 0.001 in the Management creativity according to the type of kindergarten. There was a statistically significant difference at 0.001 in both the reality of Electronic management in kindergartens institutions of parents' satisfaction and the Management creativity according to the place of kindergarten. There was a statistically significant difference at 0.001 in both the reality of Electronic management in kindergartens institutions of parents' satisfaction and the Management creativity of its employees according to:( the Profession, the educational qualification and the professional experience). And There was not a statistically significant correlational relationship between parents' satisfaction with the reality of electronic management in kindergartens institutions and some variables of study (father education, mother education, father's age, mother's age, monthly income).
Research Recommendations: Supporting kindergarten institutions by providing all electronic management requirements. Organizing training courses for qualifying employees in kindergartens institutions to face the obstacles of electronic management. Updating regulations and laws that confirm the legitimacy of E-tasks.
